      No one ever answers the phone. (Update) Was able to figure out how to schedule a meeting using the mobile app. Still frustrated that you can’t just call your local branch. Appointment scheduling was fairly easy on the app. Upgraded my review to two stars.

      Very disappointed, my wife and I drove to this branch in a snow storm as we were planning to open a savings account. The branch was to close at 2 pm. We arrived at 1pm , we were greeted at the locked door by a bank employee and told That we wouldn’t be helped because the staff wanted to leave early…. I guess Chase Bank in Goshen NY isn’t interested in new customers.
