      Very friendly staff they make banking transactions painless no filling out paper work

      Ok place to refinance your vehicle, but I recommend if your going to do so. Do Not use Owen Brathwaite. He is very pushy, does not answer any questions and once the deal is done. He doesn't return any of your calls. Now that he received his commission it's as though you don't even exist. Little does he know everyone is a returning customer. I will never do business with him or this bank again.

      I am sitting on hold with them rite now an have been on hold for an hour an 20 mins then I get the call bac and the person hangs up on me I will be closing out my account with them on Friday they do not care about there customers my parents have banked here for years and I don't no why because this is rediculous
