      I had a 2012 Ford Focus I took to the shop back in November. I did not receive my car back until late December/early January. Nothing fixed- said nothing could be done. They took a whole month- no communication, no updates, NOTHING and told me nothing could be done to further fix my car. Horrible customer service, horrible technicians.
