  Saw some of the other negative reviews on here and I do not doubt the experiences they had that prompted them to write. However I would like to give credit where credit is due. I had the occasion to have been helped by Mr Undra Perry, who was most courteous, personable and helpful. He has a very can do attitude and went out of his way to assist me. The manager Cory or Cody was most helpful as well. Mr. Perry is an asset to BOA and I hope others will have the same pleasant experience at this location instead of the bad experiences that some folks have had previously. Keep up the good work Mr Perry!

  I WISH I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE WENT TO DEPOSIT MONEY IN ATM DURING BUSINESS HOURS ATM MALFUNCTIONED ATE MY MONEY AND NOW GETTING RUNAROUND THIS WAS BILL MONEY MIND U AND THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS IM GETTING PUNISHED FOR THEIR MACHINE MALFUNCTION BEYOND A JOKE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS COULD’VE WENT AND SOLVED THIS QUICK

  Horrible customer experience the banks is usually closed when I and they just don't look out for the customer. It's always on their terms and then they're convenience.
