We are officially home owners!!! On our first try in 2021, we worked with Scott and Lisa to get a loan. Since I'm self-employed, and a pandemic just happened, I didn't have the right finances to contribute to my fiancee's. Fast forward to 2022, I reached back out to Scott because he was always honest and straight-forward with us. We tried an FHA loan with a multi-family and Scott and Lisa helped us put together an amazing deal, and worked closely with our realtors. We learned of all the documents we needed to gather (which was the most difficult part) and they instructed us and "held our hand" throughout the process (which we wanted and needed). We were in constant communication. It can be daunting and confusing but we made it to the other side. We had no idea what to expect from the lending process, but we feel more confident now that we have an amazing team with us.
