  I have been in 4 real estate transactions over the last 12 months and 8 in total and I have never experienced such a lack of customer service along with curt and bordering on rude behavior as I have from the escrow officer/branch manager at the WFG Pleasanton office. During the process she was curt and abbreviated in all contact. Shortly after the close of escrow I reached out with a question. She mistook me for another property on the same street currently in escrow and was just as rude and short in her response as I'd found her to be during my escrow. When I corrected her as to who I was she thought it was funny she was confused. I was not amused and came to the conclusion she must treat all her customers that way. In early January I received a tax bill with a penalty. This should have been handled during escrow but she said for some reason it wasn't received. She advised me as to how it would be handled, I was to pay part and the seller the other part. The penalty would not be waived. She said she would give me an update when it was resolved. Never heard from her. My check was cashed but the county still showed the bill as late. I reached out to her on 2/10 and got an out of office message until 2/14. I gave her a week to catch up to respond but I didn't hear back. I wrote again 2/22 after checking the county website and seeing it still unpaid. Again no response so I called today 2/25. When I told her I'd written her on 2/10 I got a very snippy "well you should have gotten an out of office response" I said I did but that was to cover until the 14th today is the 25th. She was unaware of my email on the 22nd. She said "it's been taken care of" expecting that to be the end of the conversation. I told her as of the 22nd it had not per the county website so she checked and said the county updated their site on 2/23. However she practically hung up on me after telling me so with no apology for her lack of follow through. Realtors should think twice before working with her.
