  Jocelyn was great to work with. We used her as our mortgage lender and as our real estate broker. She never gave up or was discouraged by the fact that we were a VA loan instead of conventional. This was refreshing since other agents we talked to were so unenthusiastic about our prospects due to it being a VA loan. She was passionate about my partner being a Veteran and making our first home a possibility for us. She was able to move us through the VA process quickly and without any headaches, even the sellers were surprised that she was able to make it so easy. We called her at odd hours and asked a million questions as first time home buyers and she was always available. She is passionate about her work and always there for her clients. She even helped us by using her connections to find renters for our current place since we were breaking our lease.

  Jocelyn was awesome to work with. As a veteran, trying to buy in an area where there can be stigma about VA loan processing, my partner and I were feeling like the bay area might not be a place where we can use our VA benefit. We talked to many agents and they all had the same apprehension. Then on a lucky coincidence after clicking on a property to make an appt to view, it was Jocelyn who we were connected with and she was so fierce about making it clear that we absolutely CAN buy here. She knows the ins and outs of the whole process and knew exactly how to explain the process to cautious sellers and their agents to remove the stigma and concern. As a result, not only did we find our first home in the worst buyers market (lol), but we got it under asking and closed quickly. She was responsive all day and into the evening to get things moving for us. As first time home buyers, it’s a stressful process. You can read up about it, but nothing really prepares you for what will come up, and having Jocelyn on our side to walk us through everything (with the patience of a saint,) was invaluable. We are grateful to have been randomly connected, because she was the best person to help us find our home.

  What started out as a dream we were hoping for actually came true thanks to the help and hard work of Jocelyn. We gave her an idea of where we were looking to move and she provided us with a list of gorgeous homes to choose from and now, here we are, happily nestled into our new home. It’s hard to believe how easy the whole transaction was. Jocelyn also sold a couple of properties for us and her attention to detail is unbelievable. She was always there when we needed her. She’s professional and will go above and beyond your expectations, she respected our time and has always made our best interests her highest priority. She’s a one of a kind realtor and we’d use her again in a heartbeat.
