      Had an unpleasant Zoom meeting to complete my taxes with Jenny Felton. 1. She got on the scheduled call late. 2. She was distracted throughout the meeting. 3. I had to point out several deductions despite providing the information to her in advance, which she admittedly did not review. 4. Overall she was short, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I would not recommend using this tax professional. The Zoom appointment in theory sounded like an efficient use of time, but ended up being very unnerving.

      Edit from 1st review: Update to 5 stars. Great experience in Murfreesboro. Tim was personable, thorough, and efficient, and I had all my paperwork with my expected return before leaving. Will definitely return to the Murfreesboro location.
