      My Hispanic wife needed a declaration of citizenship notarized and the EXTREMELY RUDE clerk refused her, for what appeared to be ignorant reasons. My wife left the branch in tears and was treated with dignity and respect at another branch where they notarized the document, regardless of what it was for.

      First and last time coming to this location. 3 people at work. One person at the window. Stood in line over 30 min to cash a check on my lunch break!!!!! Just slow! Then the lady at the counter felt she had time for extra chit chat with customers with the line out the door. Super frustrating.
