      This the most unprofessional bank in the area. As a business owner, I decided to put one of my smaller business accounts here. I realized early on it was a mistake. Online Business banking doesn't have the capacity to communicate with several software applications. In addition, I missed the 2nd round of PPP funding due to a failure of Chantelle Savoie to respond. To add insult to injury, the forgiveness application took months to receive, the process is not efficient, and they proceeded to remove payment from my account for the loan against SBA policy. Subsequently, I had to file a complaint with the SBA. I wonder how many other businesses they have fradulently taken PPP payments from? They are not equipped to handle this program appropriately. I also believe many of their staff are racist. Some of the responses or lack there of to inquiries definitely spoke volumes. There is more I could add, but just know you should avoid this bank at all costs.
