  Kelly was very helpful through the entire process. She got me and my wife more out of our house than we thought was possible, and was very easy to work with. She took the time to answer any questions that me and my wife both had, and when there were issues or news, Kelly told us right away. Overall, Kelly was on top of it, helped address issues as soon as they popped up, and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend hiring Kelly Sloan as a realtor and see myself hiring her again.

  Well where do I start? This was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. I called Kelly because I wanted to look at a particular house..she said "Lets get a list of 15 so we can look at a bunch of houses". I thought this was a little extreme but did as I was asked. I soon would find out why. We made our way through those houses so fast because of foundation issues or water in the basement or this problem or that problem that I would have never know o even look for. So as we checked those first 15 houses off the list I started to feel a little discouraged. But then there is Kelly who is one of the most energetic and outgoing people I have ever worked with. "Find another list of houses" she says so the following weekend we zipped through another list found one we liked. We had an issue with the first house that we made an offer on and her knowledge was able to get us out of the home we were first interested in. And after a couple more weekends and couple dozen more homes we finally found the one we loved. She told us what we needed to do to get the house we LOVED..I still cant believe everyday that I get to call it home. Thanks Kelly for everything you were a great help and I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to have a pleasant experience.

  Choosing Troy to help us find our home was one of the best decisions we made! As first-time homebuyers, Troy helped us through every step of the process. He was very patient, and informative. We were looking for a home in an exceptionally competitive market. Many times he would show us a home on short notice then spend his evening preparing the paperwork for us to put in an offer. He was very responsive to any question we had and never made us feel like we were asking foolish questions. He spent many nights being patient while we chased our toddler around homes we were viewing. I highly suggest Troy as your go-to realtor!
