      Loved working with Ozell and Julie through our house buying process. We leaned on Ozell heavily for information and advice since we were 1st time home buyers.       Tried to refi my OWN HOUSE at a good rate, wouldn’t extend my application even after i was sold a 25K HELOC to pay for home repairs to complete the refinance with that attitude of certainty. Now rates are higher than my original mortgage and the HELOC will hit over crazy interest! Was not prepared for this, now having to sell my house even after paying back most of the HELOC. Loan officer chose GREED when there are no penalties for extending a loan. No thanks.

      Ozell Jackson and his team were amazing. As a first time homebuyer I was overwhelmed and confused with the process, even after doing my own research.
