      I refinanced my house for a lower rate with Fred Chamberlin at Guild Mortgage. I made the mistake of clicking one of those other guys banner ads and got the hard sell every day on the phone for a week. They could not understand that I just wanted a lower payment and did not want to get a bunch of cash back. Finally when I decided that I did not want to use the online company I got a nasty call that I had wasted their time. Dealing with Fred was great. I sent in a card through the mail. Fred gave me a call to get some preliminary info. After that we delt mostly by email. I would get a request for info and I could either email it and if needed make a pdf. No Hard sell and after 20 or so days everything was done.
