  The worst lender I have EVER dealt with and I have purchased many properties over the years. If your mortgage broker tells you they are going to use this lender, you should run. The underwriting department is ridiculous. We were a month late from our original closing date and the night before our closing after we had already signed closing disclosures we were surprised with 2 pages of conditions. Most of which we were told had already been cleared several times. This company is a joke do not use them.

  Utilize with caution. Very friendly and helpful at first. Communication became virtually impossible after “locking in” an interest rate. Sent emails and texts and would get phone calls in return so no promises or plans were ever put into writing and when they finally present cost worksheets and plans it never matches what was discussed on the phone. Finally had to switch lenders due to lack of communication. Home ridge then denied the return of our “lock in” deposit asking for proof that I could not provide since everything was done over phone. I failed on my due diligence of getting things in writing but these business practices are deceptive and misleading. Other companies in the area were significantly easier to work and communicate with.
