  Sam Yow and Bridget Forrester were simply incredible to work with. As first time homebuyers, we had many questions and concerns along the way but this team made all the complicated processes feel understandable and manageable. They were efficient, precise, and very detail oriented while also providing an education for us to learn the in’s and out’s of our loan. You need to be confident in your representatives when making the biggest purchase of a lifetime and you will rest easy at night with Homeside, Sam, and Bridget on your side.

  Appraisal ordered weeks late. At week 5.5 the buyer still didn't have clear to close as the underwriter kept adding new conditions and lender said they wouldn't be able to close on time for a 6 week closing.

  Terrible experience with this lender. I wouldn't recommend any of my clients to use them to purchase and I definitely will let my sellers know that they may want to consider another lender when choosing between multiple offers. They just can't deliver nor do they even bother communicating that. Nikki Cates was never heard from and then her manager interjects and apologizes for her dropping the ball but never heard from him again. Terrible follow up, communication and customer service overall.
