  They we're awesome from start to finish. Kelly Perkins is a God send and a blessing to me and everyone who gets to work with her. Nothing would have been possible without her. Would give infinity stars if I could and she will forever by my loan officer and the person I recommend when asked

  When you call them, they don’t answer very often but when they do they make you feel like they are in a hurry to get you off the phone. I was trying to get a home loan through them and following their procedures I uploaded the necessary documents. After waiting a few days I messaged Wendy for an update and she tells me she is waiting on my documents to be uploaded. After telling her I’ve already uploaded them, she said she will check them and reach back out to me. Later she texts me and says I didn’t upload anything, which I had to correct her AGAIN for her to finally verify that the documents were uploaded. After reviewing my documents and she catches a mistake on my tax return. I get told I don’t qualify for the loan. When I asked them if I could get it amended, they told me that would disqualify me. Discussed the situation with two other lenders, both told me that they can review my application and best to submit an amendment to my tax return. Contrary to what Homestar told me. Seeing how I was treated by other lenders I feel like Wendy wasted my time without even throughly looking at my application. Don’t know how to trust them on a loan for a few hundred thousand dollars if they can’t even catch the required uploaded documents on their own portal. Highly do NOT recommend this place.
