      I worked with Sara Dearing of the Emerson, GA branch quite closely over the past few weeks for my first house purchase. Sara was an all-star of communication, responding to me and helping me through all waking hours of weekends or weekdays to make sure my paperwork and e-signatures get in on time, and to help explain how the financing process works whenever I was unsure of what something meant, or where a cost was coming from.
