      The loan officer Lissette deViñeda that I work with was excellent and her assistant Adriana Beck as well. They were awesome they answered all my questions they never left me hanging like other loan Officers that I had to deal with. They were very professional and at the same time treated vou like a familv. For me. they are the top rates in customer services in every way, they look for ways to help until the last minute, they never give up, they never lose hope, and they do everything and use everything in their power to make the customer happy. In my opinion they went way beyond my expectations, I'm a demanding person in customer services because I am a respectful and polite person so I treat others how I would like to be treated. In this day and age it's hard to find people like that. These two women are the perfect team to work with! I Never leave any reviews or feedback for anybody because I think Its not necessarv but in this case. think thev are worth the time it takes to leave a review of my experience of working with these two amazing women. I hope this helps you to feel safe and comfortable at the beginning of this journey of a new beginning in getting a loan to get your dream home or whatever your goal might be.
