      I am a realtor, with 15 years of industry experience, and the lack of communication is by far the worse I’ve ever experienced. We are scheduled to close a transaction today and the loan officer has disappeared and refuses to communicate. I can not confidently assure my client of even the possibility of closing. I was considering referring a few buyers to the loan officer in question but I will place them with qualified mortgage professionals that major on customer service.
