  Other than the dumpster fire of an experience I’ve had, I have also found out that the website is VERY inaccessible. First off, there is no way to access the website on an Apple or Google product, the website is only compatible on Internet Explorer, which no one uses. In addition to that, there’s no way to set up autopay once you eventually find a way to get on their website. Of course you could mail a check or pay over the phone, but the company should definitely be with the times and making paying your mortgage easier to pay.
