The worst title company I have dealt with. The communication is horrible. I waited over a half hour to pick up a commission check on a closed file before I was told they made an accounting mistake. It would have been more professional to tell me that from the begaining instead of wasting my time!

Thank your for taking my call and explaining further your frustrations with your closing. I did confirm with my Escrow Officer that there was an issue due to a last minute change; adding a Hold Open policy to the file at the closing table. We are in the midst of a software conversion so we are all still learning the new process and unfortunately this change threw us off as to how to calculate the rate correctly in our system. I’m hopeful you can understand how hard change can be, especially with our core software. The communication from this Title Company should be improved. Its frustrating when there is zero response. Rebecca was difficult to work. A mistake she made will cost me money out of pocket. Be careful when using this title company. Make sure you check everything.
