  Our agent drew up an offer on a property and forwarded it to their agent on a Sunday evening and also advised him the offer was coming. It was exactly what the seller wanted. The agent continued to show the property and take other offers for 2 more days and not even presented the offers to the sellers.

  As a veteran and someone who has rented countless homes throughout the last 10 years, I was completely disgusted with not only the professionalism but the communication between the property manager of our rental home in Medina and my husband/I. Amy Ault oversaw our rental property for the two years we were in the home. After two years we left the property not because we didn't enjoy the home, but because of the management and actions that had taken place by Howard Hanna. We moved into the home in June 2015 excited to be renting from a real estate agency thinking it would be a no brainer to simply plan on buying a property through the relationship we made over the years while staying there when the owner was out of our country on a mission trip. We were sorely mistaken. Throughout our time there, surprise "inspections" took place, contact from the owner was made to us (instead of thru the realty company-where it should have taken place), inappropriate texts about the owner were shared between the property manager and us, unprofessional texts were sent instead of a simple phone call being made or email sent and our move out process was a complete nightmare. At the time of the final inspection, we were told how great the home looked and how thankful she was we kept the home in that condition. So, when we recieved our "security deposit" back 30 days after our move out date-we were alarmed to not only recieve not a dime back, but we billed! No phone call, no email, no "professional" text-nothing. While occupying the home we paid rent on time (and in full) every month and kept the house well above standard condition. We expected to be treated not only like rental clients, but as future homeowners that could have easily been a great referral for our property manager to sell us a home and make commission on. Instead, we RAN to Berkshire Hathaway and had the best experience with our realtor. Not only was Amy disappointing, but the management team when contacted both at this office and the one in Cleveland was just as bad. Jared Zak was the agent contacted at the cleveland location. While he did listen to me vent fustration about Amy during our time there, we did discuss the surprise bill i recieve (in place of what was to be expected the full security deposit). However, when we hung up he had promised to conduct his due dilegence and look into the issues. What did he do? Nothing. Not even a phone call back to discuss the issues. After two weeks had passed, we simply paid the balance to wash our hands of the company We would never use Howard Hanna for anything again or recommend their services.
