      We worked with Bradley Campbell here. It was the best home-buying (lending) experience we have ever had. Brad, is a helpful, transparent, and very knowledgable loan-officer that brought back the joy of home-buying for us. Instead of being surprised, and disappointed once the process was near complete, we were relaxed, and fully prepared because Brad did everything to set clear expectations, and be sure every t crossed, and i dotted.       The person I had the displeasure of corresponding with was extremely rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. don't apply through this company unless you want practically insulted for "how little" money you make, even though we were directed to this company because of the closing cost assistance programs they supposedly work with.
