  Buying with HH representing both us and the sellers felt like a joke we weren’t apart of. We were never communicated with consistently, and always felt out of the loop and like we didn’t have representation. We had to constantly ask for paperwork that should have been included with the papers we were being asked to sign. Also were asked on two different occasions to sign paperwork that was completely blank, that “would be filled out later.” The insurance agent, Pattie, that is apart of their group refused to change the start date of our policy to the day we closed, instead she dated it to start 9 days after closing, even after both of us, our agent, and mortgage officer all corrected her. She kept telling us we had a pit bull, and had to correct her more than a dozen times on that as well. Our realtor, Donna, refused to text my partner and I in a group chat, instead she would message one or the other, but never consistently the same person, even going as far as messaging the opposite person of who called or texted her. To the point my wife would only communicate by text, so she had a clear record of what was being said after our realtor started debating things that were said. Our realtor talked the sellers into buying a $500 heated vent on a bathroom she was aware we were gutting; I feel like the sellers were scammed on that one. Even after the fan was put in the person who did the work (who our agent would refuse to answer who was doing the work); they left a 4x4 hole in our attic wall, with a shotty piece of osb rather rather than a proper patch or door that was described to us, and left a mess of plaster and waste behind. Now nearly a month after closing we are still fighting to get a contract fulfilled for a leaking garage roof, that we were told would be done the same week we closed. The realtors got their money from the sale and have no intention of fulfilling the remainder of the contract, they just continue to blame each other. They won’t even take the mls box off our door. Forrest was the only consistently professional person that we dealt with in this office. My wife contacted the office manager today, but it should’ve never had to go that far.

  I purchased a building from Pat Russell at Howard Hanna. He was great, got everything done as soon as it could possibly have been done. He was very helpful giving advice to make sure that I didn't get in to trouble. Thank God because I know next to nothing about buying real estate. I would definitely recommend Pat to handle any real estate needs. He's the best! Kevin
