Setting up an appointment online was fast and easy. Went to the appointment in Chester NY and was met on time by Amy our HVCU representative. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. Amy is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All my questions were answered clearly . My appointment was a Monday evening and by Wednesday my loan application was complete. This was the most comfortable loan process I have experienced. Thank you Amy

This place is a nightmare! Had to make an appointment to open a new account. I had recently moved and although I had changed my address they required more documentation about my new home such as a utility bill. However, I'm staying with my mom and everything is in her name although I do pay the bills. I had to make another appointment to bring my mom in with me to sign an affidavit that I live with her. At this second appointment my mom did not have her SS card with her as no one told us that would be required and mom was not comfortable with them having all her info since she doesn't bank there. So, at the 2nd appt they wanted us to make a 3rd appt and we still hadn't opened an account. We walked out and never went back. Got very friendly service at the bank across the street with absolutely no hassle and no appt required!
