      I can honestly write, I have not had any negative issues with this bank. Yes, they are slow at times, but, they get the job done. Yes, only a drive -up ATM, which I find to be safer and convenient, especially in bad weather or late at night. I've exchanged currency there/here, without any problem. Any time I've called the branch, someone answers the phone and provides helpful solutions. This has been my bank for many years and will continue with them for many more.

      Only getting 2 stars because we have had many good years of good treatment. However... never in our life have we met someone as rude as Jessica on the desk, the last 3 visits to handle our accounts she has been nothing but difficult to work with , while making passive agressive comments. She obviously doesn't belong in customer service. Our accounts may be leaving soon. Only saving grace was Diane she was empathetic and eager to help.

      Worse bank ever. No customer service, they are doing you a favor. They are on the computer doing personal stuff like watching cartoon instead of helping each other or being nice to customers.
