      Deposited money for downpayment for new apartment. Took money and said contact my institution I've deposited more than this at multiple other atms. UPDATE Went inside they said there is nothing that they can do and its up to corporate when I said that seems unfair and idk what to do besides file a case against them if theres nothing they can do to help they said they legally cannot speak to me anymore. I explained how I dont want to and thus is a downpayment for a place for my infant and he repeated he can't talk to me anymore. Sketchy rude and careless folks.

      Terrible branch. Extremely slow service. Have been a customer of Huntington since they came to the Cleveland area. Waited for over an hour to open a savings account for my daughter. Just to be told that they are closing now and can’t do it. Extremely dissatisfied. Would rate zero stars if possible.
