      If you're looking for a mortgage or refinance, run the other direction! I know covid has made things difficult, but I've been more than patient. But their mortgage guy is completely incapable of answering or returning calls, and forget emails. Oh, and by they way, he apparently works from home. So you have to make an appointment in order to meet with him... Which you can't do, since he doesn't return calls or emails. The communication is awful! And he doesn't seem to know what is actually needed. The whole process took 3 months, except at the end it was denied due to not having the paperwork. Which he had 2 months ago, and I know he had it because I had to turn it in to him to even fill out the application in the first place. All in all, I've been a huntington customer for over 10 years. I will be closing the rest of my accounts as soon as humanly possible.
