      Been using this location for years, great people and great service.

      For five years I have deposited a dividend check at this branch quarterly and taken $5,000.00 in cash. The checks are between 10 and 15,000.00. I called today and spoke with Derrick who was both rude and unhelpful and said they could no longer accommodate my request. The balance in this account is usually in the 25 to 50,000.00 range and is non interest bearing. There was no attempt to explain this decision. The JP Morgan/ Chase bank across the street has solicited my business for years. Thanks to Derrick, they just earned it.
