      Met with Theresa to set up an account again and what a lovely experience it was. I have always love Huntington and would never go anywhere else as their customer service is always first class.

      Customer service is pretty good for a bank. They are usually helpful.. they deal with a lot of customers so you just got to be patient sometimes. 🤓. If you have multiple bank accounts you may want to avoid the Huntington Bank on Reynolds Road in Mentor because they've screwed up and put my money in the wrong account twice I don't know why that is but best to use the Willoughby branch or a different branch.

      Huntington Bank has closed all but one location in Western Lake County. The only branch open is off Euclid Avenue in Willoughby and the line inside is always super long. They swooped up all these customers and are now making personal banking a nightmare with long wait times and frustrated customers. If I could give a negative star I would. Doing my banking elsewhere.
