      If the ATM is working properly which they do have regular issues with but if working properly usually a smooth transaction quick and I like how you can choose the size of bills. 💸 2 ATM 🏧 machines one attached to the building & one in the rear of the bank 🏦. ATMs are very secure far enough away so people can't see what you're doing but yet close enough that people can see what's going on. Lots of big businesses around stores restaurants and so on so it would be stupid for somebody to try something + security cameras.

      HNB closed all the other branches in the area - even the grocery stores! Common sense: with the amount of customers in the area and only one branch how could you possibly provide excellent customer service? The people are nice - even when you wait 45 minutes for a deposit! And this is not a COVID issue, this is cheap and poor business practice. We left another bank because their service was so slow and now we can drive to Mentor quicker than deal with Willoughby! Very frustrating!

      This bank wastes my time. We're all forced to use the ATMs due to some phantom virus and those ATMs often won't take checks for deposit. This is an issue at a lot of Huntington branches, not just this one. There is a daily cash limit of only $400, which, while it is in the typical range these days, is still pathetically low. I've had it. I've been a good easy customer for years and have had a nice chunk of money in accounts for them to play with. I guess they don't appreciate that at Huntington Bank. I am done.
