      Closed my long standing business account without informing me, transferred over 2000 dollars to a holding center without informing me. Couldn’t get the money back for me in a timely fashion. Claimed they reached out to me-never happened. Claimed they issued a check-never happened. Their manager Phil failed to contact me to resolve this issue despite REPEATED requests to be put in contact with him. Do not ever open an account with this “company” as you’ll end up short thousands of dollars, and a big shrug when you go in to get it resolved. Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst banking experience I’ve ever had.
