Simply the worst customer service in town. I could not get anyone to tell me where to mail my monthly mortgage payments. It was the simplest request, but no one had any answers. Awful!

Sorry to hear about your experience but I think you're looking for a different Huntington company (I believe you're looking for Huntington.com, which is based out of Ohio). Also, we do not have a customer service department since we don't service mortgage payments, we're a mortgage broker/lender out of California. AMAZING!! I wish I could give them 10 stars because they went way above and beyond my expectations! This group is incredible and I am so thankful we found them.
