  Overall: HIGHLY RECOMMEND , A TRUE GEM OF A TEAM. I’m a type A, high-functioning personality - Khaled & team had me at “we don’t care if you’re type pink, we’re here to support you.” Not only did they keep up with me, they kept me on my toes when I got distracted with life. Support: Khaled & team were in continuous communication with me during my refi. I was always aware of next steps whether they were waiting on something from me or vice versa. Logistics: the user platform/portal they use is super easy to follow so you’re always in the know. Their spreadsheets & breakdowns offer a seamless overview with clear calculations and formulas. Bonus: as a first gen Hispanic, rebuilding generational wealth - I sometimes get overwhelmed as I’m at the beginning of building my real estate portfolio. Something I have yet to experience with other lenders is the mentorship that comes with their expertise. Already referring friends & family. This is just the beginning of working with Khaled & team!

  What an excellent refinancing experience! Kal and his team are outstanding professionals that handled my complicated transaction with ease, which speaks volumes of their knowledge and expertise in the field. The things I enjoyed the most while working with The Huntington Group were the process and information clarity, promptness, and transparency, as well as their method of resolving challenges during underwriting.
