  Working with Nareg was definitely the best outcome that could have happened while purchasing a home. He was extremely responsive, professional, and informative when it came to the lending and buying process of my home. He walked me through each technical question that I had and he had many approaches to dealing with hurdles that came up during it all. He was also always available when a new question would arise and he would walk me through each option available until I was comfortable with the next steps. I got phenomenal rates that even during this period of "low interest rates" people couldn't believe what I got was even an option. To lock these in for the next 30 years is going to be life changing for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

  Nareg and his team sure know how to get things done!! They made the loan process so swift and easy. Nareg explains every ask and is super responsive when I had any questions. The portal they use for docs is user friendly and easy to navigate. Overall I was very impressed and will come back to Nareg for any loan needs in the future.
