I am local and made a trip to Instacare yesterday about an injured finger. I feel the one star reviews about the Hurrcane Instacare are blatantly unfair. Nearly every one star review complained about the wait time. This is a WALK IN CLINIC! Like a restaurant, if you arrive at a busy time, there'll be a wait. I waited one hour. I found the staff and medical personnel friendly, caring, and competent. I was satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment.

They charged me $220 for a COVID test in which they did not let me know it would cost money. This also was not the main reason why I went in (they pressured me to get covid tested), so this was on top of a $124 visit fee. INSANE! Make sure you ask how much something will cost before agreeing to being tested for anything. You can get a FREE covid test almost anywhere else. I don't go in a lot, but after reading the reviews, I solemnly believe that IHC is corrupt and only concerned about getting numbers and your money. RUN AWAY

Needed an X-ray for a hand injury and was seen within 30 minutes. Physician was friendly and gave us exactly what we needed from out of state. Would definitely go back if needed.
