      I paid my vehicle off early in April 2018 they said they would send me pay off letter, I have called twice a month since trying to get the letter excuses I've gotten we're..Oh you didn't get that yet or Sorry I thought I sent that or it's on it way..I even asked them to send it registered so I'd have to sign for it but it been 7 months now. I have called better business bureau but you get a recording not a human. I do not recommend this place. It's Feb now after I took a shot in the dark and contacted CPA via a voicemail & DOJ via a letter, i got a call from DOJ very friendly. Next week I got a call on thursday from IBEWSJ was told they would send me the letter and my title, she would call in Monday to follow up. Yes I got both.Then DOJ called to see how things were going and gave me contact information for CPA. I was concerned because it was just a copy of title so I went to DMV had to pay $93 for lost title which was something I really could not afford. Yesterday 2.25.19 I got a very encouraging call from a very nice man from the Board of IBEWSJ he listened to my story and said they had a meeting that night "what can we do to make this up to you" this had never happened before. I said you could reimburse me, today he called and they will reimburse the $93 I'm very pleased with the outcome..MW, thank you for your help
