      This bank is so so slow. There are times I wonder if anyone is even working the drive through and the tellers inside aren't any faster. Bank anywhere but here and save yourself some time.

      Same as the recent comments. Ideal CU lacks customer service and not surprised I see other comments stating the same! We are long standing customers that now will be fully banking with Spire CU as they take care of their people!
