      Drove 20 miles to get here to use the coin counting machine and was told I couldn’t use it anymore because apparently the bank gets charged for every time the machine gets used even though I am a member. When I went to cash it in to get five rolls of coins (which is their limit even though other branches don’t have a limit.) due to being a regular I was told they wouldn’t be giving me any more rolls of coins after this visit. The teller didn’t really explain why except telling me that there was a coin shortage. Offered for me to buy a box of coins but didn’t really explain how many were in a box.

      Went in for shared branching and teller was disrespectful and had an attitude. Didn’t seem like she even wanted to help me. So I left and went to Wells Fargo.
