      We have had our taxes done by Ken for over 30 years. They have always had them done in less then a week. This year, it has been over a month and today I found out that they MAY get them done in time. WTH! We just don't count as a big enough clients now I guess. REALLY PANICKED over this. They needed to be open about their lack of ability to get this done so we could have hired someone else. Now I'm up a creek without an oar. No one should ever be placed in this situation 😒

      Very very friendly. Allowed us to pay them once we got our taxes back. Idk if that's normal or not because it's the first time we have gone to someone, but they were kind enough to do that for us, and it's rare that people show that kind of kindness today. Thank you so much you guys!
