      I want to preface that I have never worked with Krystal before working with her on the transaction that I was the closing agent. I cannot express how impressed I was with Krystal’s professionalism, responsiveness at all hours of the day and night, her willingness to go above and beyond and I mean above and beyond to get this closed by today. I have been in this business for over 26 years and what she showed in her passion and drive to the buyer into her new home before a long holiday weekend was just amazing. I have not seen this type of dedication in a very long time. I will not bore you with the details of the HOA Estoppel that we could not get from the management company. It was absolutely infuriating, but Krystal jumped in and would not give up and got the job done. In short, you are a true asset to your company and truly make your company shine!
