      This is by far the worst credit union or bank I have ever had to deal with. They cannot even secure their ATMs much less your money. God forbid if you have to actually cash a check.

      My account was unilaterally shut down due to an unauthorized overdraft without my knowledge or consent. I received no phone call, letter, email, nothing at all to let me know my account had been closed. Their customer service is awful, it's next to impossible to get a live person on the phone and when you finally do, they try to transfer you as quick as possible rather than address the issue. I was a member here for less than 90 days and I can truthfully say this is one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had.
