      My whole experience with INOVA has been great. I applied for an auto loan and opened a checking/savings account. Both people who helped me were very friendly, thorough and patient. I got into the branch at 4:15 and they both stayed and happily helped me until we were done. I would recommend INOVA to everyone.

      One car in front of me, the lobby is closed been waiting 15 minutes so far. Suggest closing accounts and doing business with Lake City Bank. This is really annoying

      Always extremely slow. If there’s a long line, forget it! Tellers are always nice, they just need more to accommodate the customers. Went this morning and waited for about 15 min with numerous other vehicles in the drive through, tried to go inside and the lobby was closed. Quite frustrating.
