      I cash my checks here from my job at my nursing home as my bank holds my check for 24 hours. The tellers here are very friendly and never give me a hard time unlike the location on Memorial where one teller does not like to cash checks for nonmembers and treats us like dirt. I am a health care provider and don’t appreciate her attitude and now I understand why that branch has no business. I thought about getting an account there as that branch is close to where I live but not after being treated so terrible multiple times! Please close Memorial branch- I never have seen anyone in there anyways- and only transfer the 2 good tellers. But the May location is awesome! Keep up the good work !

      Their website is always down, hardly any locations and they're always closed it seems. Bank elsewhere unless necessary.
