  This was the first house that my wife and I have ever bought so we had no idea what to expect. Tyson and Intercap were there to help us every step of the way. He worked alongside our realtor to ensure that we met all deadlines and more importantly that we understood what each step meant and how it was leading us to the final approval. They offer an easy to use app that I was able to download to my cell phone for things like keeping track of deadlines and even signing the needed documents! I would recommend Intercap and Tyson to anyone looking to buy a home and I will also be sending my friends and family to them. Thank you for making our first time buying a house such a good experience for us.

  Tyson is a professional of the top degree. We worked with him through a construction loan for a manufactured home. I had to deal with a variety of groups/people in the process. Regrettably he was not able to actually handle the construction loan and had to refer to a local bank but Tyson was involved with our initial lot purchase all the way through to the final loan. Tyson was the only person in the whole process who was reliable, thought ahead, never had to be called multiple times, and provided accurate information. There were multiple time he was doing tasks that other persons should have done. Where as others only thought of the immediate task at hand, Tyson had that part under control as well as planned for the subsequent task. With all the people I dealt with I would give a caveat when recommending them. Not Tyson, I would 100% recommend him with no caveat to his performance as he excelled at his job and did other peoples job. I'm grateful for the time he saved me where everyone else made things take longer.

  Before we even started to buy a home Tyson offered a simple preapproval process to help us know what our budget was. When we had issues with missing documents Tyson went the extra mile to help us close the loan. He has many years of experience with a variety of loans to fit any situation from a first time home buyer to refinancing your existing mortgage. I appreciated his clear communication throughout the process and his patience and willingness to answer my many questions. I have already recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so as well as being a return customer for any other lending needs that I may have in the future. Thank you InterCAP lending for helping us get into our new home!
