      This branch is by far the most customer service driven bankers I have had the pleasure of working with. John M. and Wendy R. are very helpful and most of all the “want” to help you. I highly recommend the Tomball branch

      Worst bank. Direct deposit gets deposited when the employees wake up, Around 11am. Beware their services is very limited and to conduct any kind of business one would have to go inside the building (which is very inconvenience). Another thing to look Out for: is their NOTORIOUS OVERDRAFT FEES. They overdraft for everything. Even if you opt out the overdraft fees they still find a way to beat around the bush to overdraft you. Beware this is a small bank so they cannot attend to your needs, they are greedy and are trying to grow as a company but not with the customer. I would not recommend this BANK TO ANYONE. THEIR ATM ARE VERY LIMITED. YOU CANNOT DEPOSIT CASH THROUGH THE ATM. THIS BANK DESRVES 0 STARS
