      Been banking here for years. I've never had any issues with them. Staff is always friendly and helpful whenever a problem arises, and are always quick to get it taken care of. Doubt I'll ever bank elsewhere at this point.

      I belonged to this bank when it was first lacma's credit union. It had the best service. Now it is like bad. They don't answer the phone, long lines and whoever designed your new website sucks. Who is running this particular credit union. If I want to do online banking all the time I would move my money with better customer quickness. Since last review. I changed it. It's gotten way better.
