  I highly recommend renting through Exclusive Properties. Karen in Reservations was wonderful and professional to work with! When we had to cancel the reservation about a month before the reservation dates, I reached out to Karen and although they could not guarantee they could re-rent the house for the dates, they would try. They did and we were fortunate to get a return of most of the prepaid full rental fee. Sandy in accounting timely confirmed the refund amount. When we return to Isle of Palms we will definitely use Exclusive Properties!

  Rented a home through them at IOP. The home was very expensive, not what was advertised, in total disrepair, dirty, water damage and visible mold growing, etc. Emailed them with a huge list of problems with the property at the end of our stay. Have gotten no response.

  Hi John, thanks for letting us know your issues. We take each one very seriously and went to the house as soon as we got the list to investigate. I'm sorry we did not respond until we got back from the home. A few days in to your stay you called and asked for a late check out and mentioned to us that you were enjoying your stay and the home. So, we are very surprised to get this review. We did not see some of the issues you reported and the home is in great condition. There was a toilet leak before your arrival, but it was fixed and the only thing left was to fix a water mark on the ceiling, which is being done between rentals next week. The carpets were just professionally steam cleaned before your arrival and we noticed 1-2 very small new spots that have now been re-cleaned. There was a mildew spot on the ceiling in the one of the bathrooms that the cleaners missed and has been wiped up. We have a full maintenance and cleaning crew and if there are any issues during your stay, we hope that you tell us immediately, so we can fix it.
