I have been banking with them for about a yr and I use the account as a 2nd account and not a primary.. I applied for a loan to refinance an old loan for a new interest rate & I was denied because of "accelerating debt" & "length of time on job" which is very inaccurate because I didn't have any new open accounts when I applied other than the 1 loan I was attempting to refinance, I have also worked in the SAME FIELD FOR OVER 5 YRS & I explained to the rep I had a contract renewal when I applied and I don't know where they got "1 month" as job length from .....but whatever & the only other explanation is that I need to reapply and that is it?? Reapply and get another HARD INQUIRY OR DENIAL? NO thank you I will bank with someone who actually helps the consumers who have great income and decent credit scores. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Literally they do not want to help you at all with anything!!! They just want you to get off the phone and that is it... I will be emailing to close my account this week and I will be switching to Navy Federal for my credit Union. There is no point in banking with an organization that is obviously discriminatory when it comes to lending practices.

I am so grateful. 3 bank Locations and even State Farm the check issuer would not take tme out to help me but You did. I finally see there are still people willing to help people in this world.
