Lily is so helpful This is the place you want to bank at. You call the phone number and something strange happens, they pick up the phone! Lol no recordings press 1 press 3 and wait for 40 mins! They actually pick up the phone! Great place and people to deal with.

I have been with ithink financials since before 2013 when they were called IBMSE and I have never had such an horrendous experience, it is absolutely ridiculous and very distasteful the treatment that I have been receiving from IBM, I left a review before and I notice for some reason it is not up, not sure why but I will gladly leave another one because this is not the way to be treating someone that has been a member for years. If I could rate them negative 1. I definitely would, do not waste your time with this bank, especially in the middle of a global pandemic for them to be trying to make money of of their members is just atrocious.
